To effectively enhance the fire safety awareness of all employees, comprehensively test the actual usability of the JIANLIAN HOMECARE PRODUCTS CO., LTD's fire-fighting facilities, effectively improve emergency evacuation efficiency in the event of a fire, and help employees become proficient in using fire extinguishers, fire hoses, and other fire-fighting equipment, Jianlian Homecare recently organized a fire drill. Employees from all departments actively participated, and the event was a complete success.

This fire drill had a clear and well-structured process, encompassing six key stages. As the fire chief pressed the alarm button, a loud siren immediately sounded, and all employees responded quickly, evacuating in an orderly manner along the predetermined escape routes to the safe open area downstairs.

Subsequently, the activity leader explained the purpose, significance, and complete process of the drill to all participants, guiding everyone to approach the following stages with a rigorous and serious attitude. Following this, the fire safety commander, drawing on recent typical fire incidents, meticulously explained basic fire safety knowledge, standard procedures for reporting fires, key points for initial fire suppression, and precautions for emergency evacuation, enabling employees to gain a more systematic and profound understanding of fire safety.

During the management representative's summary, the representative reviewed the company's previous fire safety work and emphasized the importance of conducting regular fire drills, further strengthening employees' sense of responsibility.

During the employee Q&A session, employees' understanding of fire safety knowledge was tested through random questions. The interactive session was engaging and effectively reinforced the learning outcomes. The core practical fire drill assessment simulated a real fire scenario, where employees evacuated in an orderly manner according to the plan and practiced using fire extinguishers and hoses, thus improving their practical skills.

Finally, in the section on problem summary and improvement measures, the staff reviewed the shortcomings identified during the drill and proposed targeted improvement plans, providing guidance for optimizing future fire safety work.
