Designed with multiple practical objectives, the drill was intended to inspect the functionality of on-site fire-fighting facilities, bolster staff’s awareness of fire prevention and emergency operational skills. Meanwhile, it helped the company discover potential loopholes in emergency management, optimize overall emergency disposal proficiency, and further consolidate the safety guarantee for stable and secure daily workplace operations.

In an effort to boost all staff’s fire safety awareness, fully verify the practical performance of fire protection facilities at JIANLIAN HOMECARE PRODUCTS CO., LTD, boost fire emergency evacuation efficiency, and train workers to master the operation of fire extinguishers, fire hoses and other firefighting gear, Jianlian Homecare recently held a full-scale fire drill. Staff across every department took an active part, making the exercise a resounding success.

The fire drill followed a well-structured and logical process with several core sessions. Once the fire safety supervisor activated the alarm button, a loud warning siren went off immediately. All staff responded promptly and evacuated in an orderly manner via pre-planned escape routes to the open safe area downstairs.

After the evacuation, the person in charge briefed all participants on the goals, significance and full schedule of the drill, urging everyone to take every subsequent session seriously with a rigorous mindset. Next, the fire safety commander referenced recent typical fire incidents to deliver a detailed training session. He covered fundamental fire safety knowledge, standard fire reporting procedures, core skills for putting out initial blazes, as well as critical guidelines for emergency evacuation. Through this session, employees gained more systematic and in-depth knowledge of fire prevention and safety management.

During the management representative's summary, the representative reviewed the company's previous fire safety work and emphasized the importance of conducting regular fire drills, further strengthening employees' sense of responsibility.

 
A Q&A session was arranged to randomly test how well employees had grasped fire safety knowledge. This interactive segment was lively and engaging, which helped reinforce what everyone had learned. The core assessment part of the drill simulated real fire scenarios. Staff carried out orderly evacuation as planned and practiced operating fire extinguishers and fire hoses, greatly upgrading their hands-on firefighting capabilities.

Finally, in the section on problem summary and improvement measures, the staff reviewed the shortcomings identified during the drill and proposed targeted improvement plans, providing guidance for optimizing future fire safety work.
